I never update this journal, but I figure I should, since lots of stuff has gone down in the past few months. Most importantly, I'm moving. Like... today. I will be without internet for a while, but then I'll be back, baby, you'll see. The two comic pages I submitted a little while ago - 'The Future' parts one and two - are 2/3 of a short comic project I've completed now. I won't be posting the third page, as I submitted the complete thing to Memewar Magazine - you'll have to pick up the 'zine to see it in its entireity. Go on, it's free. Working on my portfolio for my ECIAD application, and my illustration work... nothing too exciting. Did some MASSIVE HOUSECLEANING yesterday, oh yeah. I'm so cool. My favorite part of the holidays is Terry's Chocolate Oranges and candy canes.

So. Remember that last journal entry where I was all, "Hey, I'm thinking of going back to art school, bitches!"? (Except without the "bitches" part. I just threw that in this time around so the other kids would like me. CHILDREN, DON'T DO PEER PRESSURE.) Well, I'm applying to go back to art school. The deadline for my application is in two months. I am applying to the freaking Emily Carr Institute. Halp halp what am I doing. They are going to stamp a big red "BAHLEETED" on my portfolio so fast. But I really feel I'm ready to go and be taught stuff. My illustration career has slowly started to take off, and I have a pretty good idea of wh
